      Description

      High Performance Up-Pipe. The BD Power Up-Pipe only is designed to replace factory exhaust up-pipes that commonly experience leakage due to wear. This component enhances exhaust flow to the turbocharger by minimizing restrictions, making it an essential upgrade or replacement during engine or transmission repairs.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 304L stainless steel with precision cast mounting flanges, this up-pipe features internally shielded 304 stainless bellows that reduce expansion while resisting corrosion. Smooth mandrel bends preserve consistent tubing diameter to optimize exhaust gas flow.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately 4 hours and may involve some modifications. This up-pipe is compatible only with aftermarket downpipes and does not fit with the original equipment manufacturer downpipe.

      Warranty. This product carries a 12-month parts warranty. Application. Designed specifically for 2001 to early 2004 6.6L Duramax Silverado 3500 HD models, this up-pipe is not legal for use on licensed California vehicles and requires an aftermarket downpipe for proper fitment.
