      Description

      Product Overview. The BD Power Tie Rod Upgrade improves steering durability and performance for heavy-duty trucks by replacing factory components with thicker and stronger tie rod shafts and ball joints. This reduces flex and wear, increasing reliability and longevity under demanding conditions, especially for vehicles with high torque, lifted suspensions, or larger tires.

      Construction and Appearance. This upgrade features a tie rod shaft and inner ball joint that are 1.5x thicker than OEM parts and includes greaseable ball joints with sintered bearings for enhanced load-bearing capability and extended service life. This design eliminates the need for temporary fixes like tie rod sleeves. The components have a durable silver coating to resist corrosion and wear.

      Installation. Installation typically takes about one hour and thirty minutes, with no drilling required. Longer sway bar end links, sold separately, are necessary for proper fitment.

      Warranty. This product comes with a standard 12-month parts warranty and an optional limited lifetime warranty upon registration.

      Application. Designed to fit 07-10 Silverado 3500 HD models.
