Description
Premium Performance Upgrade. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit is engineered to enhance durability and address common bolt failure issues for trucks equipped with GM LS engines. Its design accommodates thermal expansion, ensuring reliable operation and maintaining engine integrity.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-silicon ductile iron, the manifold features increased wall thickness throughout to reduce stress risers and prevent cracking. Precision-machined bolt mating surfaces provide a secure and tight fit. Included heat shield mounting bosses offer added protection. The manifold is finished for durability and long-lasting use.
Installation. Typical installation time is approximately three hours. The kit includes all necessary hardware, including bolts, spacers, and gaskets, to facilitate a complete installation without additional parts.
Warranty. This product comes with a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty for parts.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 01-13 6.0L Silverado 3500 HD model.
