      Description

      Heavy Duty Transmission. The BD Power Transmission is engineered to significantly enhance drivetrain durability for demanding applications. It is built to handle increased torque and stress beyond stock capabilities, making it ideal for boosting vehicle performance and reliability in tough conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a BD aluminum heavy-duty deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, the transmission features high-energy friction components, revised oil circuits, and new valves for improved lock-up pressure and clutch engagement. The finish reflects premium craftsmanship ensuring robust performance and longevity.

      Installation. Installation requires advanced mechanical skills and approximately nine hours to complete. No drilling is needed, but correct installation of the BD torque converter is mandatory to maintain warranty coverage.

      Warranty. This product comes with a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty, excluding race abuse.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit the 2007-2010 4WD 6.6L Duramax Silverado 3500 HD, this transmission upgrade is tailored to the needs of this model and powertrain configuration.
