      Description

      Premium Up-Pipe Replacement. The BD Power Up-Pipe for the passenger side replaces the factory exhaust up-pipe between the exhaust manifold and turbocharger, which is prone to leakage from deterioration. It is designed to reduce turbo restrictions by utilizing internally shielded expansion bellows, ensuring improved turbo efficiency and reducing exhaust leaks.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 304L stainless steel, this up-pipe features precision cast mounting flanges and smooth mandrel bends to prevent corrosion and maintain the tubing's internal diameter. The internally shielded stainless steel bellows enhance durability and heat retention while providing a rust-resistant, sleek finish.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately four hours and may involve some modification. An aftermarket downpipe is required, as this up-pipe is not compatible with the original equipment downpipe.

      Warranty. This product comes with a 12-month parts warranty. Application. Specifically designed to fit 2001 to early 2004 6.6L Duramax Silverado 2500 HD models and not compatible with OEM downpipes.
