The BD Power Towmaster Allison 1000 Transmission, including an $1800 core charge, is engineered to significantly increase the durability and performance of your drivetrain. Designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty applications, it ensures reliable operation under elevated power loads and extended use.

      Construction and Appearance. This transmission features a heavy-duty BD aluminum deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, along with revised oil circuits and high-energy friction materials. The upgraded valve system and increased clutch count provide improved durability and efficiency. Each transmission is precision built and dyno tested for quality assurance.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately 9 hours and does not involve drilling. Proper installation requires the use of a BD torque converter to maintain warranty coverage.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty, excluding coverage for race abuse.
