Description
Enhanced Transmission Performance. The BD Power Allison 6-Speed Transmission Valve Body is designed to optimize the operation of your transmission, delivering improved shift quality and increased clutch holding capacity. Engineered for towing and performance applications, it helps reduce wear and extend transmission life, ensuring your vehicle performs reliably under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This valve body is meticulously modified and tuned, featuring a revised valve design and new trim valves that elevate clutch apply pressures. Hand-lapped surfaces prevent internal leakage, resulting in a finely finished component that combines precision engineering with durability.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and is estimated to take approximately three hours. The process does not involve drilling. The main mod solenoid must be replaced, while other solenoids are reused from the factory valve body.
Warranty. This product includes a 12-month or 24,000-mile parts and labor warranty for added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically designed for the 2007-2010 6.6L Duramax Silverado 2500 HD, ensuring precise compatibility and optimal function within this model range.
