This matched transmission and torque converter set is designed to withstand increased torque and power demands, providing reliable and efficient operation for heavy-duty applications.

The transmission features a heavy-duty aluminum deep pan that increases fluid capacity by 3.5 quarts along with stamp-forged steel and furnace-brazed components to ensure strength and improved heat dissipation. High energy friction materials and revised oil circuits contribute to enhanced clutch durability and transmission efficiency. The torque converter incorporates cast aluminum stators, a steel front cover, and increased lock-up clutch material, all aimed at reducing heat and improving fuel economy.
