      Performance Transmission Upgrade. The BD Power Roadmaster 68RFE Transmission, including a $2100 core charge, is a direct replacement transmission designed specifically for Dodge 6.7L Cummins trucks. It enhances transmission reliability and torque capacity, making it ideal for stock or mildly tuned engines equipped with stock or near-stock injectors. This transmission addresses common failure points while improving fluid capacity and cooling for extended durability.

      Construction and Appearance. This transmission features a premium BD Protect68 valve body with a gasketed separator plate, a BD pressure enhancer that boosts line pressure up to 220psi, and a deep sump aluminum oil pan that increases fluid volume and cooling efficiency. It retains stock clutch counts and includes a billet 4C spring retainer for enhanced strength and reliability.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate technical skill with an estimated labor time of 9 hours. It is a direct fit and does not require drilling or modifications for proper installation.
