      Construction and Appearance. Built with a stamp-forged 1-piece cover and a taller design, this converter supports more frequent rebuilds and added strength. It incorporates increased clutch counts to prevent heat warpage, trapezoid teeth for better contact, and thrust bearings instead of plastic washers for superior wear resistance. Precision-built with tighter tolerances, it features a riveted piston to reduce vibration and ensure long-lasting performance. Despite its robust build, it is 12 lbs lighter than many competing models.

      Installation. Installation is considered hard and requires advanced transmission knowledge and specialized tools. Professional installation is strongly recommended for proper setup and performance.
