Description

The BD Power AA 12-9.25 Front and AA 14-11.5 Rear Differential Covers in Black enhance your vehicle’s front and rear differentials by providing superior cooling, oil management, and durability. These covers improve gear life by efficiently dissipating heat and maintaining optimal lubrication under demanding conditions, designed for ease of maintenance to promote longer component life and better performance.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from cast aluminum, these covers feature internal and external cooling fins that maximize heat dissipation. Their sleek curved design not only offers a high-tech look but also optimizes oil flow with engineered shapes, including an extra-capacity sump and deflector for the rear cover. Stainless steel Allen head cap bolts and fill plugs provide a corrosion-resistant finish. The rear cover is gasketless and includes an integral reusable Viton O-ring to ensure a reliable seal.
Installation. Installation requires approximately one hour and no drilling. The covers include separate fill and drain ports for easier servicing and the front cover is compatible with aftermarket track bars, making upgrades straightforward.
Warranty. These differential covers are backed by a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty for added peace of mind. Application. Specifically designed to fit 2014-2018 RAM 2500 models; not compatible with 2013 and newer models equipped with Rear Coil Spring (RCS).
