This transmission supports electronic gear selection, manual torque converter lock-up clutch control, and gear limiting features, optimized for maintaining performance in demanding driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with upgraded components such as roller Torrington bearings replacing stock thrust bushings, billet band strut and lever, and a rigid aluminum heavy-duty transmission pan designed for superior heat dissipation. The pan is equipped with heat-dissipating fins and a magnetic drain plug, offering an increased oil capacity of 2 quarts and finished with a durable industrial aluminum texture.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately 7 hours and 30 minutes and includes swapping sensors and performing a cooler flush. The wiring harness uses sealed plug-in connectors, eliminating the need for cutting or tapping wires, simplifying the installation process.

      Warranty. This transmission comes with a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty.
