BBK 1-3/4-Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers; Titanium Ceramic

Eliminate Back Pressure. Back pressure causes your engine to lose power when it’s going through its stroke cycle. This pressure occurs because of built-up exhaust gases that create resistance against your engine’s pistons. To eliminate those gases, you need the BBK 1-3/4-Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers. They’re designed to make it easier for your engine to get rid of exhaust gases, allowing restriction-free piston operation that conserves more power.

Tough and Durable. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers come with sleek titanium ceramic finishes that ensure they look spectacular when installed. This finish also guards the headers against the corrosion that constant exposure to exhaust gases can cause. Solid steel construction keeps the headers sturdy, rigid, and capable of handling hot exhaust gases.

Bolt-On Installation. You receive the mounting hardware needed to fit these shorty headers to your vehicle’s exhaust system. The kit offers a direct bolt-on installation using standard hand tools, though you may need to raise your vehicle to fit the headers.

Covered for a Year. BBK Performance Parts offers a 1-year warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials. The warranty activates on your purchase date and only applies if the headers are installed correctly and aren’t subject to misuse.

Application. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers are made for the 2007-2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD models with 6.0L engine.
