Description
Performance Enhancement. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Long Tube Headers with Y-Pipe finished in Titanium Ceramic significantly increase horsepower and torque output by improving exhaust flow. They deliver a deep exhaust tone while enhancing overall engine performance for GM 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L powered trucks.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16 gauge steel tubing with CNC mandrel bends, these headers feature 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges for a precise fit. The titanium ceramic finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and maintains an attractive appearance under high heat.
Installation. Installation requires intermediate mechanical skill and typically does not require drilling. These headers fit both 2WD and 4WD configurations but will require a mid pipe and may need oxygen sensor wire harness extensions for proper installation.
Warranty. This product comes with a full 1-year factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 99-02 4.8L, 5.3L Sierra 1500.
