Description
Enhanced Cooling Performance. The Banks Power AAM 11.5/12-Inch Ram-Air Differential Cover; Black-Ops is engineered to significantly improve heat dissipation in the rear differential. Utilizing a patented forced-air cooling system, it actively directs high-velocity air through specialized fins to cool the differential fluid, which extends lubrication life and improves overall gear durability. This cover is ideal for heavy-duty and towing applications where differential temperatures typically rise.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from A380 aircraft-grade die-cast aluminum, the cover ensures exceptional strength with a precision CNC-machined finish for an exact fit. The Black-Ops finish offers a durable, corrosion-resistant coating that complements the rugged look of heavy-duty trucks. Stainless steel hardware further enhances corrosion resistance and overall durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and generally requires about one hour to complete. The cover is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement with no drilling or modifications necessary, making it suitable for both professional mechanics and experienced DIY enthusiasts.
