The Banks Power 5-Inch Monster DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Black SideKick Tip; Side Exit is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and reduce backpressure for improved horsepower and efficiency. This system replaces the stock exhaust from the diesel particulate filter back, optimizing vehicle performance while lowering exhaust exit temperatures during DPF regeneration.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel with a constant 5-inch diameter, this exhaust system features mandrel-bent piping for optimal airflow. It includes a patented 6.5 by 7.5-inch obround slash-cut SideKick exhaust tip available with a high-temp Cerakote matte black finish that resists heat discoloration for lasting aesthetics and functionality.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required and typically takes around 1.5 hours. For 2016 3500HD models, an additional NOX sensor bung must be purchased separately and welded on by a qualified muffler shop or technician.

Warranty. This exhaust system comes backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
