It replaces the factory front upper and lower control arms and related suspension components to deliver Trophy Truck grade durability and articulation for serious off-road enthusiasts.
Construction and Appearance. This suspension kit features heavy-duty fabricated steel boxed upper and lower control arms for optimal strength and resilience. Precision CNC machined tapered misalign adapters and corrosion-resistant hardware ensure a robust build, while custom hi-density bushings with grease fittings provide quiet, durable operation. The components are finished with heat treatments for enhanced wear resistance.
Installation. The kit installs as a bolt-on upgrade requiring moderate mechanical skill, including drilling and minor grinding. Typical installation time is about eight hours, suitable for experienced home installers or professional shops.
