This kit provides substantial wheel travel and track width increase, enabling your truck to tackle rugged terrain with confidence. It replaces the factory front upper and lower control arms and related suspension components to deliver Trophy Truck grade durability and articulation for serious off-road enthusiasts.
Construction and Appearance. This suspension kit features heavy-duty fabricated steel boxed upper and lower control arms for optimal strength and resilience. Precision CNC machined tapered misalign adapters and corrosion-resistant hardware ensure a robust build, while custom hi-density bushings with grease fittings provide quiet, durable operation. The components are finished with heat treatments for enhanced wear resistance.
Installation. The kit installs as a bolt-on upgrade requiring moderate mechanical skill, including drilling and minor grinding. Typical installation time is about eight hours, suitable for experienced home installers or professional shops.
