Description
Monitoring Oil Temperature. One accessory substantially ignored by new drivers is the temperature gauge. However, racers and off road drivers will tell you that free revving or racing on an engine whose oil temperature is low can be extremely dangerous. Auto Meter AirDrive Oil Temperature Gauge keeps your oil temperature in check by working with installed OEM sensors through a secure Wi-Fi connection. The gauge alerts you when a specified temperature is reached.
Modern Technology. As already established, installing an oil temperature gauge gives you a better evaluation of your Sierra control panel. Auto Meter AirDrive Oil Temperature Gauge comes with a black dial that has an LED and 266 display color options. It gives you a full range of temperatures that you can customize to your preferences like matching it with your Sierra interior. It comes with a broad temperature range from 100-300 degrees, made possible by the programmable features to its iOS or Android AirDrive app. The gauge allows you to set the highest temperature your engine can withstand and also set warning point functions.
Plug and Play Module. No complex configuration is needed as the wireless service can transmit information from your Sierra to the module over a Wi-Fi signal.
Required Upgrade. Since this Oil Temperature Gauge from Auto Meter AirDrive needs a Wi-Fi connection to transmit data from the ODBII to the gauge, you will need to install a 9110 Auto Meter Control Module, sold separately.
Warranty. Auto Meter AirDrive Oil Temperature Gauge has a 1-year warranty.
Application. This Auto Meter AirDrive Oil Temperature Gauge can be installed in any 2007-2024 GMC Sierra 1500.
