Description
Greater Performance. The Aurora VFR 4000 Stage 2 Turbo will add over 47 rear wheel horsepower and 93 foot pounds of torque with the stock tune, and 150 rear wheel horsepower when paired with ATS Diesel's DynoLAB Tuning (sold separately). This turbocharger will reliably support 550 rear wheel horsepower without soot loading the DPF and can be turned up 600 rear wheel horsepower for short term racing applications utilizing ATS DynoLab Tuning. 180 rear wheel horsepower gains for towing applications and sustainable driving are possible, along with 230 horsepower gains for short term racing.
Upgraded Features. ATS Diesel's Aurora VFR 4000 Stage 2 Turbo features a brand new actuator, an exclusive Aurora 64mm 11 (full-length, extended tip) blade billet wheel, upgraded high-flow turbine sections and billet 316 stainless steel unison rings to eliminate stuck or warped vanes through the life of the turbo regardless of driving style. The Aurora VFR 4000 maintains all factory functions including exhaust braking, warm-up function, and quick spooling. With no actuator cleaning intervals, this Turbo is 100% maintenance free.
Lasting Reliability. ATS Diesel manufactures their Aurora VFR 4000 Stage 2 Turbo with HSM bearing and turbine housings, updated electronics, a high temperature ceramic coated turbine housing and a powder-coated compressor housing. Modern solid state electronics are used for long term reliability.
Direct Drop-in Installation. ATS Diesel's Aurora VFR 4000 Stage 2 Turbo was designed to be a direct drop-in replacement part with no removal of other components or aftermarket tuning required for installation.
