Description

Heavy-Duty Exhaust Performance. The ATS Diesel Performance Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit is engineered to improve exhaust flow and reduce exhaust gas temperatures in 5.9L Cummins engines, enhancing engine reliability and performance by lowering back pressure through its patented bell mouth design. This makes it an excellent choice for towing and heavy-duty use.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable high silica molybdenum cast iron, the exhaust manifold is finished with a ceramic black coating for corrosion resistance and heat protection. The patented bell mouth design ensures optimal exhaust gas flow, while the included premium hardware provides high tensile strength for a secure and lasting installation.

Installation. This manifold is designed as a direct replacement and fits precisely to maintain the performance and integrity of the factory exhaust system. Moderate mechanical skills are recommended for installation, and no drilling is required.

Application. Fits 1994-2002 5.9L I6 Cummins engines, including RAM 2500 models from 1994 through early 1998.
