      Description

      Performance Torque Converter. The ATS Diesel Performance 68RFE Five Star Performance Torque Converter; Factory Stall Speed; $500 Core Charge Included is designed to improve torque multiplication and vehicle response for daily driving and towing. It optimizes the factory stall speed to maximize power delivery and drivability while ensuring reliability under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This torque converter features a billet cover with a patented square flank drive and square tab construction for enhanced durability. CNC laser cut Viskus disc clutch plates and a proprietary clutch formulation with unique bonding technology provide exceptional strength and chemical bonding. The components include 4340 hardened splines and a fully welded turbine and impeller for long-lasting performance. Plasma welding and roller bearing construction add to the overall robustness of the unit.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward for professionals familiar with transmission components; no drilling is required. The product is designed for direct fitment to the specified transmission and engine combination.

      Warranty. This torque converter is backed by a five year / 500,000 mile warranty offering extensive coverage and confidence in product durability.
      Application. Made specifically to fit Dodge RAM 2500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins engine and 68RFE transmission for model years 2007.5 through 2024.
