      Description

      Secures Critical Front-End Component. The ARP Harmonic Damper Bolt Kit replaces factory hardware with premium-grade fasteners, ensuring the crankshaft damper remains firmly clamped under severe engine loads. A loose damper can cause timing errors, bearing fatigue, and vibration—high-quality ARP bolts eliminate this risk for reliable operation at high rpm and heavy load.

      Engineered for High-Stress Environments. Machined from ARP’s proprietary alloy steel and treated with a corrosion-resistant oxide finish, these bolts maintain precise torque retention and resist stretching. The included hardened washers ensure even load distribution, reducing the chance of bolt pull-through in the damper hub.

      Installation. Remove the existing damper bolt, align the harmonic damper, then install the ARP bolt with washer. Torque to ARP’s specified values using a calibrated torque wrench and verify damper alignment.

      Application. The ARP Harmonic Damper Bolt Kit fits 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD models equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.
