Description
Heavy-Duty Tie Rod Assembly. The Apex Chassis Super HD Tie Rod Kit provides a robust steering component upgrade designed for demanding use, improving steering control and durability essential for maintaining vehicle stability and performance in heavy-duty applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing with CNC machining for precision, and SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs for enhanced strength. The assembly features polished ball studs, rugged metal-to-metal bearings, and CR rubber accordion boots for extended durability. Finished with a corrosion-resistant phosphate outer coating and e-coating inside.
Installation. Designed for direct replacement applications without drilling, the installation process is straightforward. The kit includes pre-threaded zerk fittings for greaseability, and it comes pre-greased to facilitate maintenance and prolong service life.
Warranty. This product is backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects and premature wear under normal use.
