Description
Heavy-Duty Ball Joint Kit. The Apex Chassis HD Ball Joint Kit with Knurled Uppers; 4-Pack provides a strong and reliable solution for replacing worn ball joints in heavy-duty trucks. This kit enhances steering precision and suspension reliability by combining durable ball joints with precision-machined components specifically designed for aftermarket installations.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from premium SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing and SAE 4140 chromoly ball studs, these ball joints are induction heat treated for optimal strength and longevity. The kit includes knurled upper (BJ130K) and knurled lower (BJ150) ball joints, each with CNC machined housings to ensure a precise fit. Finished with a durable e-coating and sealed with CR rubber boots, the kit offers excellent resistance to harsh undercar conditions.
Installation. Installation is designed for replacement of factory ball joints suited for ball joint or knurled style installations. Pre-threaded zerk fittings simplify regular maintenance and grease application.
