The Amp Research PowerStep XTreme Running Boards provide automated convenience by deploying when the door opens and retracting shortly after closing to maintain ground clearance.       Construction and Appearance. Made from corrosion-resistant cast aluminum, these running boards are anodized and coated with a military-grade PTFE finish for long-lasting durability. The 6-inch wide step surface is textured and slip-resistant, featuring integrated LED lighting that activates with step deployment for improved visibility and safety.

      Installation. These running boards mount securely to the vehicle’s rocker panel using a vehicle-specific kit and instructions. Installation may require drilling and wiring; therefore, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment and reliable operation.

      Warranty. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
