LED Light Replacement. The AMP Research PowerStep LED Light Kit is designed to restore or upgrade the illumination of your PowerStep running boards. It improves visibility in low-light or nighttime conditions, enhancing safety when entering or exiting your vehicle. This kit replaces dim or damaged LED lights to maintain both functionality and appearance.

Construction and Appearance. The kit includes four LED modules with pigtails, splice connectors, wiring harness, split loom, and cable ties for organized wire management. All components are engineered to match original equipment specifications and are compatible only with the new style Control Module, ensuring durability and a seamless fit.

Installation. Installation involves splicing into the existing PowerStep wiring harness and drilling on select vehicle applications. This moderately technical process typically takes about an hour for those experienced with vehicle wiring and modifications.

Warranty. This product comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when installed according to instructions.

Application. Designed for universal fit; some adaptation may be needed. Compatible exclusively with PowerStep running boards that feature the new style Control Module.
