It creates an enclosed area around the lowered tailgate, making it ideal for hauling longer items such as dirt bikes, ATVs, and camping gear, while also functioning as a cargo divider with the tailgate closed.

      Construction and Appearance. This bed extender is crafted from robust yet lightweight 6063 T-6 aluminum tubing combined with rigid, glass-filled nylon uprights for enhanced durability. It features a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish available in black or silver, ensuring it withstands harsh weather and maintains its aesthetic appeal over time.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically completed within an hour using the included hardware and instruction manual. Some drilling is required for secure mounting, but no specialized tools are necessary.
