      Mechanical Water Temperature Gauge. The Allstar Performance Mechanical Water Temperature Gauge, 2-5/8-Inch, provides accurate, real-time monitoring of engine coolant temperature. Ideal for custom dash panels or replacing existing mechanical gauges, this instrument helps prevent engine damage caused by overheating by keeping drivers informed of temperature changes.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a robust mechanical design, this gauge has a silver-faced background contrasted by a black bezel and black numbering for clear visibility. The red pointer sweeps through a full 270 degrees, and the white LED backlight ensures easy reading under all lighting conditions.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with the included sender, one 1/2-inch male NPT fitting, and six-foot capillary tube. Typically, minimal dashboard modification or drilling is required, making it a user-friendly upgrade for most vehicles.
