Using this intake system will give you remarkable horsepower and torque gains, thanks to the enhanced airflow. It also powerfully enhances your throttle response and engine sound for better ground dynamics and a more aggressive driving experience.
ECU Calibration Not Required. This MXP Series Cold Air Intake does not require ECU calibration to operate, thanks to the built-in velocity stock that maintains proper air-to-fuel ratios. The factory tune is sufficient for this intake kit to operate on your vehicle.
SynthaMax Dry Filter. An efficient air filter is essential in achieving a cooler and cleaner air charge. This intake system comes with a Red SynthaMax Dry Filter, designed with a pleated, multi-layer, washable synthetic gauze that facilitates the flow of the denser, oxygen-rich air. This conical air filter outflows the stock intake for enhanced performance.
Well-Engineered Functionality. This MXP Series intake system was built using advanced engineering to ensure its superior strength and corrosion resistance. The black, roto-molded housing features an auxiliary inlet duct for enhanced airflow. This intake system also comes with a heat-insulating molded polyethylene tube that replaces the stock intake tract. It directs the cooler air with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance.
Straightforward Installation. Featuring a straightforward installation, this MXP Series Cold Air Intake is engineered to fit into your vehicle’s factory mounting locations with no drilling required. The installation can typically be completed using standard hand tools and light to moderate mechanical skills.
