    Description

Improved Air Flow for Fuel Economy. Reduce fuel consumption and improve engine performance with the AIRAID MXP Series Cold Air Intake with Blue SynthaMax Dry Filter. Made for use on 2011-2012 6.6L Silverado 2500 HD, you get the right mix of air and fuel every time. With a blue cone-shaped air filter and ingenious roto-molded, one-piece air box, you have an air intake that eradicates restrictive factory design issues.

Works with Factory ECU. The AIRAID MXP Series Cold Air Intake requires no reprogramming after installation. As such, you can immediately test-drive your Chevy and enjoy the boosted performance delivered by the cold air intake.

Wash and Reuse the Filter As Needed. The premium SynthaMax air filter is made of non-woven blue material and has a conical, pleated shape. This gives you an easy-to-install yet exceptionally efficient filtering system. Moreover, you can simply wash the filter once it is dirty. There’s no need to buy new filters, making this intake incredibly budget-friendly.

Inspired Filter and Box Configuration. This kit has a high-density, cross-linked, polyethylene air intake tube combined with a one-piece air box. With the polyethylene’s heat-insulating property, the cold air coming into the engine is protected from the heat of the engine bay.

Install in Under Two Hours. The installation of this kit can be done in an hour and a half and only requires a few simple tools. Just follow the illustrated and detailed instructions that come with the kit, and you’re good to go.

No Hassle Lifetime Warranty. AIRAID products come with a “No-Hassle” Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers any material and workmanship defects. Damage caused by improper use, modifications, storage, transportation, and normal wear and tear is excluded from this coverage. For more details, read the full warranty information on their website.

CARB-Certified. This air intake is CARB-certified with EO number D-609-18. This makes it legal for sale and use in California and other states adopting strict emission standards.

Application. This AIRAID MXP Series Cold Air Intake with Blue SynthaMax Dry Filter fits 2011-2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 6.6L V8 diesel engines.
