It delivers 5,000 pounds of rear load-leveling capacity so you can haul heavy loads with improved safety. This air spring kit also helps ensure remarkable stability even as you tow the heaviest loads you can find for your truck. Finally, this air spring kit is specially designed to prevent harsh jarring on uneven roads so you can drive with exceptional comfort on off-road applications.
Air-Adjustable Springs. The air springs in this kit feature an adjustable design. It can be filled with air between 5 and 100 PSI depending on the requirements of your hauling application. These springs are also maintenance-free, which means there’s no need to constantly fill them with air, especially when they’re not in use.
Powerful Jounce Bumpers. There is no need for this Air Spring Kit to be removed when its air bags are deflated. That’s because each of its air springs has an internal jounce bumper that prevents the springs from completely bottoming out when not inflated. This lets you drive safely, damage-free, and with impressive comfort no matter what your application requires.
Heavy-Duty Quality. The construction of this Air Spring Kit ensures maximum durability and years of dependable performance. Its air bags are made from high-quality materials that are specially engineered to withstand heavy pressures in a wide range of hauling applications. Meanwhile, its internal jounce bumpers are made of closed-cell urethane foam for extra strength and stability. Additionally, this kit’s brackets and braided lines are made of industrial-grade stainless steel for maximum strength. Finally, the plates are powder-coated to ensure lasting protection against corrosion.
Professional Installation Recommended. This Air Spring Kit comes with all the brackets, fittings, and installation hardware needed for installation, which can be completed quickly. Please note, however, that AmericanTrucks recommends professional installation for the best results.
