It replaces the factory system from the diesel particulate filter back, improving horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures. This system is ideal for enthusiasts seeking an aggressive dual exhaust conversion without sacrificing fit or reliability.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing to maximize flow, the exhaust includes polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tips for a high-end aesthetic and corrosion resistance. OE-style bayonet hangers ensure a secure and vibration-resistant fit, while factory mounting points maintain original alignment and stability under high heat conditions.
Installation. Designed for a flawless bolt-on installation using factory mounting locations, this exhaust system requires no cutting or welding, allowing for a hassle-free upgrade with minimal mechanical experience necessary.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax Silverado and Sierra 2500 and 3500 HD models. Note that it is not compatible with 2016 3500HD vehicles equipped with a NOX sensor.
