      Premium Diesel Fuel Pump. The AFE DFS780 Fuel System; Boost Activated is designed to improve fuel delivery in diesel engines by engaging under boost conditions. It supports enhanced engine performance while reducing wear on the pump during light loads, making it a crucial upgrade for maintaining durability and efficiency in heavy-duty applications.

This fuel system features a clear, high-impact polycarbonate sight glass for easy fuel inspection and a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold contoured via CNC machining to optimize flow. The pump includes helical bronze spur gears for quiet operation and durability, along with a marine-grade motor protecting against dust and water intrusion.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no cutting or modification of stock fuel lines, typically taking about two hours. The supplied harness is plug-and-play with weather-proof Deutsch connectors, allowing easy removal to return the vehicle to stock configuration.
