It efficiently cools the compressed air before it enters the engine, increasing horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures. This upgrade is essential for maintaining performance and reliability, especially under high boost conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This intercooler features 3/16 inch TIG welded aluminum end tanks with three multi-directional vanes to optimize air distribution. Its core is a large 2.5 inch bar and plate design, significantly improving flow over traditional tube and fin cores. The intercooler tubes are made from 3 inch mandrel bent, powder-coated aluminum for durability and smooth airflow. Billet aluminum inlet and outlet fittings ensure superior strength and a premium finish.
