No Retune Needed. No tuning is needed when you install this cold air intake. There's no need to reprogram the ECU, although it's still advisable to do a tune to optimize performance.
Top-Class Filter. This Momentum HD Cold Air Intake comes with a Pro DRY S filter. This 360-degree radial flow air filter features 3 layers of synthetic media for better filtration and dust holding capacity. This oil-less filter uses an inverted top design and is washable and reusable, greatly extending its service life.
Premium Polymer Housing. Made of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene, this intake features a 1-piece housing and a filter-to-housing interface that incorporates the largest air filter possible. In addition, a clear sight window makes inspection of the air filter easy.
Direct Installation. This item replaces the stock component directly, so installation should be easy. No modifications are needed, and only common hand tools are required.
