      Description

      Product Overview. The AFE MACH Force-XP Turbo Downpipe is engineered to improve exhaust flow by replacing restrictive factory components, allowing for quicker turbo spool and enhanced engine performance. It is designed for high-output diesel trucks to optimize turbocharger efficiency and provide reliable upgrade benefits. This downpipe plays a critical role in enhancing exhaust gas flow and reducing exhaust gas temperatures for better overall engine operation.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 409 stainless steel tubing, the downpipe features mandrel bending for smooth airflow and longevity. Both inside and outside surfaces have aerospace-developed ceramic coating to provide corrosion resistance and significant heat insulation, withstanding up to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. The downpipe includes precision CNC machined V-band inlet and outlet flanges ensuring a leak-free 360-degree seal, and every joint is 100% hand MIG-welded for maximal strength.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward as the downpipe is designed to directly replace the original equipment using factory mounting points and OE-style flanges. No drilling or modifications are required for a hassle-free, bolt-on upgrade.
