Description
Performance Exhaust Component. The AFE MACH Force-XP Turn Downpipe with 3-Bolt Flange is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and improve turbo spool time on heavy-duty diesel trucks. It replaces the restrictive factory down-pipe, improving power potential and lowering operating temperatures under the hood.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this down-pipe is robust and built for long-lasting durability. It features a ceramic coating inside and out, developed from aerospace technology, which insulates the tubing to reduce heat soak and resist chips and heat up to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. Precision CNC-machined V-band inlet and heavy-duty outlet flanges provide a secure, leak-free connection with a satin finish.
Installation. The down-pipe installs easily using factory mounting points and included hardware, requiring no modifications or drilling. It retains factory oxygen sensors for a straightforward, hassle-free replacement.
Application. Specifically designed for 2015-2016 6.6L Duramax Silverado 2500 HD trucks manufactured after July 2014 featuring a 3-bolt flanged down-pipe.
