Performance Fuel System. The AFE DFS780 PRO Fuel System for full-time operation is designed to provide consistent and efficient fuel delivery for heavy-duty diesel trucks. It improves fuel flow and reliability under demanding conditions, making it essential for enhancing engine performance and durability. This advanced fuel pump system supports continuous operation to maintain optimum fuel pressure and flow.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. The fuel system features a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold that eliminates porosity concerns common in cast aluminum parts. The manifold passages are contoured with precision CNC machining to optimize flow and reduce pressure drop. A universal carbon steel mounting bracket provides sturdy support. The marine-grade motor offers protection against dust intrusion and strong water jets, while helical bronze spur gears ensure quiet and durable operation. O.E. quality Viton seals provide excellent compatibility with diesel and biodiesel fuels.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with a plug-and-play harness that directly connects to the battery and uses Deutsch weather-proof connectors. No cutting or modification of the factory fuel lines is necessary, and the vehicle can be easily returned to stock configuration if needed.
