Performance Exhaust System. The AFE Gemini XV 3-Inch Dual Exhaust System; Rear Exit is engineered to improve horsepower and torque while delivering a dynamic exhaust sound. It allows drivers to switch between mild and aggressive tones with the push of a button, making it suitable for both daily driving and spirited performance. The system enhances exhaust flow to help your engine breathe better and perform optimally.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, this system is 100% MIG-welded for durability and strength. It includes a high-flow stainless steel muffler that produces an aggressive sound without sacrificing the stock exhaust tip look. The design features computer-aided engineering to ensure a precise fit using factory-style hangers for a clean and secure installation.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, using factory-style hangers for a direct bolt-on fit that requires no modifications to vehicle wiring. Removal of the existing exhaust may require cutting the OE exhaust, but no cutting or drilling of vehicle wiring or additional fabrication is needed.

Application. This exhaust system fits 2019-2026 Sierra 1500 5.3L models equipped with the factory dual exhaust system. It is not recommended for vehicles with the factory performance dual mode exhaust system due to valve conflicts and bumper design.
