The AEV Rear Bumper for 2023+ Chevrolet Colorado (ZR2, Trail Boss, and Z71) and GMC Canyon (AT4, AT4X, and Denali) is designed to provide uncompromising protection, functionality, and durability for off-roading adventures. This is the same OEM AEV rear bumper found on the 2023+ Colorado ZR2 Bison and GMC Canyon AT4X AEV Edition trucks, so it meets all GM’s corrosion, vibration, and crash standards.
To handle the rigors of off-roading, it is manufactured using 3mm stamped steel for exceptional strength, yet it is lightweight at just 100 lbs. When you’re in a recovery situation, the AEV rear bumper features two cast iron tow hooks that allow for easy rigging of ¾” anchor shackles, which are integrated with the bumper structure and vehicle hitch.
To further extend the functionality of the bumper, it has been designed with easily removable corner skid covers, which are aesthetically integrated with the rest of the bumper corner. They can quickly be removed for off-road adventures, enabling you to utilize the durable corner skids beneath. Once off the trail, you can quickly reinstall the corner skid covers, keeping your bumper looking clean. Any scratches to the corner skid plates can be touched up with our touch up paint.
The AEV Rear Bumper also features a multi-stage E-coat/powder-coat finish for exceptional corrosion and UV resistance and ships fully assembled, making installation straightforward and hassle-free.
