Description
Transfer Case Alignment Enhancement. The Zone Offroad Indexing Ring Kit - Diesel rotates the transfer case by 11 degrees on lifted Ford Super Duty trucks to improve the front driveshaft angles. This adjustment reduces vibrations caused by improper driveline angles in lifted drivetrains. It allows the use of factory driveshafts while enhancing driveline smoothness and performance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy duty ¼ inch steel, the indexing ring offers durability and strength with a thin profile to maximize spline engagement. The included crossmember is also fabricated from ¼ inch steel, providing high clearance and sturdy support for a reliable and lasting installation.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and no drilling, as the kit bolts directly into place using the supplied hardware. The transfer case is realigned and secured with ARP studs and hardware, making the kit bolt-on friendly for lifted truck setups.
Application. Designed specifically for 2017-2020 4WD Ford F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine, ensuring proper driveline angle correction in lifted configurations.
