This front brake system provides the ideal combination of exceptional brake control, enhanced torque, heat regulation, thermal capacity, brake bite, pedal feel, modulation, and overall braking capabilities. It is an excellent, high-performance upgrade for your Sierra both on and off-road.

      Red, Radial-Mount Calipers. This TX6R Front Big Brake Kit includes multi-piston caliper to ensure superior clamping capacity. Machined entirely from single-block billet aluminum, it is a perfect mix of mechanical strength and light weight to provide maximum brake performance. It is well-designed to deliver proper heat evacuation, pad stability, exceptional rigidity, and consistent braking power. To top it off, it is finely coated with a red powder-coated finish for added corrosion resistance and extra visual appeal.

      Heavy-Duty Slotted Rotors. The rotors in this TX6R Brake Kit features a slotted design on the disc surfaces that maximize heat dissipating capabilities and prevent gas build-up. The advanced iron alloy construction outstandingly ensures superior durability that can handle the most demanding conditions. Furthermore, the aluminum hats come in a black e-coated finish for long-lasting protection from corrosion, dust, and grime.

      High-Quality Brake Pads. The brake pads in this TX6R kit utilize a BP-20 compound that exhibits increased friction levels with an elevated temperature range. Each pair of the Smart Pad BP-20 brake pad has a unique metallic composite formulation that delivers an aggressive feel without the harsh noise, high rotor abrasion, and extreme dust levels associated with high metallic-based compounds. It also has a progressive response rate as pedal pressure and temperature increase to provide confident, repeated stops and outstanding modulation characteristics.

      Bolt-On Installation. The Wilwood TX6R Front Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors is designed to be a direct fit upgrade for the Sierra’s brake system. It can be installed with mechanical expertise and comes with all the necessary hardware for installation.

      Brake Upgrade Kit. This TX6R Front Big Brake Kit is composed of a pair of 6-piston front calipers, caliper brackets, a pair of 16-inch rotor and hat assemblies, high-grade brake pads, and all the installation hardware.
