Unlike your Sierra’s factory braking system, the components included with this Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit will not easily wear down and can provide you with years of unmatched braking power. No matter where you take your Sierra, this big brake kit will provide you with reliable and superior stopping capabilities.

      AERO6 Calipers. This Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit uses AERO6 calipers forged from premium-grade aluminum billet. Wilwood uses a state-of-the-art stress-flow technique to eliminate the stress and interruption associated with machining this aluminum billet. The final product is calipers that come with impressive clamping capabilities you won’t find in other aftermarket brands. Lastly, these calipers feature a sleek black powder-coated finish designed to keep rust and corrosion at bay.

      GT 72 Curved Vane Rotors. Included with this Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit are rotors with a curve vane and slotted design. The slotted design helps these rotors free from dust and gases that cause brake fade while the Spec-37 iron construction allows these rotors to withstand extreme driving temperatures. For superior corrosion protection, Wilwood treats these rotors with a durable e-coat finish.

      High-Performance Brake Pads. Wilwood’s high-performance Smartpad BP-20 brake pads are engineered for medium friction as well as moderate wear rate even at high temperatures. This makes these brake pads ideal for advanced-level track use, dirt driving, and everyday daily use. What’s more, the BP-20 compound used in manufacturing these brake pads is engineered to produce a minimum amount of dust compared to your Sierra’s factory brake pads.

      Installation Requires No Drilling. Unlike other aftermarket brands, installing this Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit does not require any drilling. When installing this big brake kit, make sure that your Sierra comes with cast iron spindles because this kit will not work with aluminum spindles.

      Front Big Brake Kit. This Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit features AERO6 calipers, BP-20 brake pads, slotted rotors, as well as all the components and hardware needed for installation.

      Brake Line Kit. This Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit does not come with the necessary brake lines to ensure proper installation. To complete the installation process, you will need to replace your Sierra’s brake line using Wilwood’s brake line kit.

      Application. This Black Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors can fit all 1999-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 models.

      Application Note. A minimum wheel diameter of 18 inches is required for this Wilwood AERO6 Front Big Brake Kit.
