      Description

      Enhanced Braking Power. If you feel that your Sierra’s factory brakes are not doing a good job, then it’s time to replace them with this Black Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors. Designed for high-performance street and track use, this rear big brake kit comes with high-quality calipers, rotors, and brake pads designed to provide you with the stopping power you need to immediately put your Sierra to a grinding halt.

      AERO4 Calipers. Wilwood’s rear big brake kit uses AERO4 calipers manufactured using premium-grade aluminum billet to ensure strength and durability. These calipers come with stainless steel pistons and internal fluid ports designed to eliminate the center bride assembly and external fluid cross-over tubes. In addition, these calipers are coated with a black powder finish to protect them against rust and corrosion.

      Slotted GT 72 Curved Vane Rotors. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit features slotted GT 72 curved vane rotors built from a proprietary iron alloy engineered to withstand extreme temperatures. Using a slotted design and individual dynamic balancing technology, these rotors will ensure the smoothest and most responsive braking capabilities. To protect these rotors from corrosion, Wilwood coats each one with a black E-coat finish.

      Smartpad BP-20 Brake Pads. Wilwood uses Smartpad BP-20 brake pads designed for minimal wear even at high braking temperatures. These brake pads provide smooth engagement and the torque curve increases relative to the temperature. The superior performance of these Smartpad BP-20 brake pads makes them perfect for everyday use as well as hobby and sportsman asphalt racing applications.

      No-Drill Installation. Installing this Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit does not require any drilling to be done. The installation process can be completed with the help of simple hand tools.

      Rear Brake Kit. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit comes with AERO4 calipers, BP-20 brake pads, and slotted GT 72 curved vane rotors.

      Brake Line Kit Needed. Wilwood calipers are not compatible with your Sierra’s factory brake lines. Only a brake line kit from Wilwood will work with this rear brake kit.

      Application. This Black Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors will fit all 1999-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 models.

      Application Note. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit requires a minimum wheel diameter of 18 inches.
