      Rear Bumper Protection. The Weathertech Rear Bump Step XL in Black is designed to protect the rear of trucks and SUVs from dents, scratches, and minor collisions from distracted drivers or parking incidents. It mounts directly to the vehicle’s trailer hitch, providing a strong, durable barrier while also serving as a convenient step to reach rooftop equipment or clean the vehicle’s roof.

      Construction and Appearance. This bumper protector is made from two proprietary molded resins with a rigid base that resists flexing and a softer outer layer that absorbs impacts to enhance protection. The textured black finish adds durability and complements the look of the vehicle.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The BumpStep slides into any standard 2" receiver hitch and is secured with hardware to ensure a stable, firm fit that minimizes movement during use.

      Warranty. This product includes a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser and vehicle.
