The Turbosmart OPR T40 Oil Pressure Regulator; 40 PSI is designed to regulate and maintain a consistent 40psi oil pressure to turbochargers, protecting the turbo bearings by providing ideal oil flow without restricting it. It ensures that modern and high-performance turbochargers receive oil pressure within manufacturer specifications, preventing issues such as turbo smoking caused by excessive oil pressure, especially during cold starts.

    Construction and Appearance. This regulator is precision-machined from billet materials for enhanced durability and reliability under high-pressure conditions. It features a quality finish available in different colors and includes four AN ports along with a 1/8 NPT gauge port for easy pressure monitoring. The hardware kit contains a mounting bracket and circlip to secure the unit firmly in place.

For twin turbo setups, a separate T-piece is required after the outlet for proper oil feeding.
