One important tool that could mean the difference between a good running engine and a dead one is a boost controller to control how much turbo boost is being output. Set It Up. The Turbosmart e-Boost Controller has two different boost settings that can be easily selected by the “turn and push” button, which takes the guesswork out knowing which setting it’s in. The controller also can monitor the boost correction factor to eliminate boost drop off at high RPM and has a three-segment display that can be configured for PSI, KPA, or BAR settings, with the maximum boost level at 40 psi. It’s also very universal as it can be used as a boost gauge, tachometer or shift light.
