      Description

It fits neatly under the rear seat, which keeps it away from the prying eyes of opportunistic robbers. Once the seat is replaced on top it cannot be seen, and the chamfered corners mean that it follows the contour of the seat, making it more comfortable for passengers to get in and out. It is long enough for firearms with 3,500 cubic inches of space that runs the length of the seats. Made in America, it has all the features you want to keep your possessions safe and secure while in your vehicle.

      Solid Steel. Made from 16 gauge steel with a weather resistant lid and a 10-tumbler security lock, this Tuffy Under Read Seat Lockbox is as tough as they get. The mounting system is not accessible from outside the box; it has to be opened first. This means that it can’t just be removed from the vehicle to be opened elsewhere. It also has extra security in the form of a Pin-lock hinge, making it an extremely secure place for your belongings.

      Installation. The Under Rear Seat Lockbox from Tuffy for the 2007-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab trucks is fitted under the rear seat with mounting hardware that is only accessible from inside the box. There is no drilling required as it fastens with the original OEM hardware.
