Construction and Appearance. This product features resin-bonded silica blanketing insulation encapsulated between a reflective FSK (Foil Skrim Kraft) facing on one side and a foil facing on the other. With a dual-density composite structure approximately 1/2 inch thick, it combines vapor and radiant barriers with efficient heat conduction and sound dampening properties. The reflective, metallic finish enhances its overall performance.
