      Description

      Upgraded Track Bar Support. The Synergy Manufacturing Front Track Bar Rod End Slug Adapter provides a high-strength, long-lasting solution for securing the driver-side rod end in 2005 to 2016 4WD F-350 Super Duty trucks. Designed to handle the demands of heavy-duty off-road and towing applications, this adapter improves steering precision and durability where factory components can fall short.

      Construction and Appearance. Engineered with a dual durometer bushing and a Teflon-coated bearing surface, this component offers a perfect balance of ride comfort and rugged performance. The greaseable metal-on-metal ball joint is supported by a bearing race made from sintered graphite and oil-impregnated bronze, delivering smooth articulation and extended life. Dust boots made from nitro-butyl rubber protect the joint from contamination in harsh environments, while the heat-treated stud resists movement and shear under load.

      Installation. This adapter is designed for easy installation as a direct upgrade, requiring no major modifications. It works seamlessly with Synergy front track bars and compatible factory or aftermarket setups.
